Refund & Return Policy

At Trendora Home & Living, we stand behind the premium quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Damaged or Broken Items (Please Read Carefully) We thoroughly inspect and securely pack all our glass jars before they leave our Selangor facility. However, glass is fragile, and rough handling by couriers can occasionally result in breakages.

If your item arrives damaged, cracked, or broken, you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery date indicated by your tracking number.

  • Please email us immediately with your Order Number and clear photos of both the broken item and the external packaging.

  • We will happily arrange a free replacement to be shipped out to you as quickly as possible. Claims made after this 48-hour window cannot be accepted.

Wrong Item Received If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong size or product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover all shipping costs to retrieve the incorrect item and send you the right one.

Returns for "Change of Mind" We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and completely odor-free.

  • In the exact same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging.

Please note: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and packing the glass securely, as we cannot issue a refund for returned items that arrive broken.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
