Thank you for shopping with Trendora Home & Living. We are proud to hold our own premium inventory, which means no long dropshipping wait times. All orders are packed securely and shipped directly from our facility in Selangor, Malaysia.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates We offer flat-rate shipping across Malaysia:

• Semenanjung (Peninsular Malaysia): RM 8.00 (Estimated delivery: 2 - 4 working days)

• Sabah & Sarawak (East Malaysia): RM 15.00 (Estimated delivery: 5 - 7 working days)

• Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders over RM 80.00!

International Shipping At this time, we only ship within Malaysia.

Damages & Breakages During Transit We take great care in packaging our premium borosilicate glass jars securely. However, we understand that mishandling by couriers can occasionally happen. If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Please email us at hello@maneeka.com with your order number and clear photos of the broken item and the external packaging. We will arrange a replacement for you immediately.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking information shows that your package has not moved for several days, or if it is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the courier.
